I’ve made a career out of transformation strategy and operational excellence because I’m a problem solver at heart! I have over 16 years of Experience in B2B and B2C Marketing, Sales, and Service in industries such as Resources, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, Non Profit, and Financial Services. I’ve always been motivated by the idea that I can make things more efficient. As a result, I’ll help make other peoples’ lives easier using technology for optimized customer experiences.
Helping People
A person I admire is Michelle Obama, because of her servant leadership, her strength of character, her smarts, and her determination. I strive to help other people in the way that she does. One of my passions outside of work is to volunteer, helping kids and youth in my community. In the business world, I help people by leading Digital transformation engagements, enabling business to embrace technologies for efficiencies and customer experience, defining marketing strategies, designing CRM blueprints, creating sales and service operating models, and by optimizing business processes for organizations to enhance both their customer experience and internal operations for growth.
Trying New Things
I love to try new things! Whether it be new adrenaline-filled experiences, or new countries and cities to discover. I tend to live life on the explorer side of life. In Business my explorer comes out in my ability to innovate digital operations, lead change management initiatives and find win win strategies for business and customer growth objectives. I have had the fortune of working in different countries and learning to adapt think globally while adapting locally.
To show how much I love challenges, I once had a goal to visit 30 countries before the age of 30. In 2011, I backpacked through Europe for 8 weeks to meet that goal! My favorite places to visit are heritage sights or wonders of the world. You can see photos from my adventures below!
